Jeff Schleider is a leader in New York City’s real estate community who built and sold Miron Properties, the firm he founded in 2009, to Citi Habitats in May of 2016. During his time in the industry, Jeff has represented hundreds of new and redevelopment units, overseen thousands of transactions, and coached and mentored hundreds of New York City real estate agents, many of who have earned industry recognition themselves.

Jeff began his Real Estate career in 2006, and in 2009, after gaining industry awards and a loyal following, Jeff, a Columbia University alum, founded Miron Properties, which grew from a single agent to over one hundred agents with four offices across Manhattan and Brooklyn, in less than seven years. Miron Properties was also listed as one of the best firms to work for by The Real Deal. In the Spring of 2016, Miron Properties was acquired by NRT, with Jeff’s new role becoming Senior Vice President of Business Development for Citi Habitats. In his new position, Jeff remains a key point person and a sought-after consultant to developers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with a strong focus on new and redevelopment marketing, leasing and sales.

Jeff is a regularly featured commentator on the New York real estate market for The Real Deal, The Observer, and The New York Times. He is an active member of the real estate community and has sat on REBNY's Downtown Committee and taught at REBNY, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
