ABOUT JEFF
Jeff Schleider is the Founder and CEO of Lexington Realty Capital. Jeff directs the privately held firm’s strategy in identifying, purchasing, and repositioning value-add real estate opportunities in New York City, Los Angeles and various other developing markets across the United States. The firm relies heavily on Jeff’s deep understanding of the real estate markets, his meticulous approach to design and marketing, and his extensive industry contacts and relationships.
Prior to founding Lexington Realty Capital, Jeff founded Miron Properties in 2009, which he grew to 130 agents across 4 offices, culminating in the sale of the company to Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) in 2016.
Throughout his career, Jeff has remained an active member of the real estate community and a sought-after commentator for real estate publications including The Real Deal, New York Times, and Real Estate Weekly. He has also educated industry professionals in partnership with REBNY, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
Jeff is a graduate of Columbia University.
