Jeff launched Miron Properties in 2009 as a single-agent operation, and in seven short years, grew the organization into a multi-million-dollar real estate marketing, advisory, and brokerage firm with over 130 agents across four offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Under Jeff's direction, Miron Properties consistently increased in both size and revenue each year, became recognized for its rapid rise and creatively driven, outside-the-box startup culture, and culminated in the company's 2016 acquisition by Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) under the Citi Habitats brand.
Currently, as Founder of Lexington Realty Capital, Jeff directs the privately held firm’s strategy in identifying, purchasing, and repositioning value-add real estate opportunities in New York City, Los Angeles and various other developing markets. Lexington relies heavily on Jeff’s deep understanding of the real estate markets, his meticulous approach to design and marketing, and his extensive industry contacts and relationships. Jeff also continues to be a sought-after consultant and strategist for select developers and high-growth companies.
