Jeff Schleider is the Founder and Principal of Lexington Realty Capital, a privately held investment fund focused on value-add real estate opportunities in Los Angeles, New York and other developing markets. Jeff directs the firm’s strategy in identifying, purchasing, and repositioning value-add real estate opportunities. Lexington relies heavily on Jeff’s deep understanding of the real estate markets, his meticulous approach to design and marketing, and his extensive industry contacts and relationships. Jeff is directly involved in each step of the process from acquisition to refinancing or disposition.
